It's really shocking to realize how easily you can eat an insane amount of calories. :o

Awesome on the working out, it's all about mixing it up! I think I'm going to add back in a deep water boot camp I have previously done for variety with my usual gym workouts and trainer sessions.bluemoonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17824559705320935052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8661251715457709926.post-38740510820323678162013-03-20T21:43:31.824-07:002013-03-20T21:43:31.824-07:00Easy way out is a spin class? I hear spin classes are hard!

Yeah, cutting out grain is hard, because you have to be sooo prepared in advance, and I pretty much suck at that right now.

I've lived by myself for about 4 years now. When I hear things outside of my apartment (of course, always at night), I turn on my porch light and open the door and check outside. I don't know why, facing my fear perhaps? I guess that if someone is trying to break in, I'm going to F up there mojo or something. I love sleeping in very dark rooms. Sometimes I get scared, but oh well. That's seriously what I say to myself as well. "Oh well", if someone breaks in a kills me "Oh well", then I fall asleep, and hooray I wake up the next day!

Yeah, I think I'm generally just so tired that if someone wants to kill me in my sleep, oh well. Guess I won't be going to work tomorrow.Daniellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04106092363732337130noreply@blogger.com
